Peter holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Technology Sydney.
Peter has over 15 years experience in the resources and energy industries and real estate development. He has held executive roles in mineral economics, strategic analysis, project development, risk management and corporate finance. He has worked extensively in China, South Asia, North America and South America across government and business levels. He has worked closely with JiangXi Copper Company. He has been involved in multiple M&A transactions in the mining industry in Australia and North America over the last 15 years.
Currently he is a senior advisor to an international company which is operating an energy exploration project in WA and he was instrumental in securing the exploration license for that project, negotiating with local Aboriginal communities and ongoing technical development and operations.
